Jefferson Holiday Stroll: Saturday, November 22

Join us for an afternoon at the Jefferson Holiday Stroll on November 22nd from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM in downtown Summit, NJ! This is a perfect opportunity to:

  • Connect with other Jefferson parents
  • Support local businesses that have supported our school
  • Kick off your holiday shopping early
  • Raise funds for the Jefferson PTO, with a portion of purchases going back to our school

We’ll start at Kanibal & Co. (27 Maple Street) before exploring other local shops like Willow St., Sweet Nothings, and Loblolly.

Let’s make this a fun, festive day while supporting local businesses. Bring a friend, enjoy some retail therapy, and help raise funds for Jefferson Elementary!

See flyer for more information.

Picture Re-Take Day: Tuesday, November 25

If your child missed picture day, you can order online, or call the main office to request a paper order form prior to 11/25/25.

Art in the Classroom

Art in the Classroom (AIC) is PTO-sponsored and parent volunteer run, so we need your help! Our goal is to provide an art history program that offers Jefferson School students a snapshot of prominent works of art by a wide range of famous artists. You do not need to know anything particular about art, as all the materials, lessons and project ideas are provided for you. The kids love this program, but we really need to secure volunteers for each grade and classroom in order to make it a success.

To sign up click here.  Lessons can be accessed by joining our google classroom
