If you are new or have not done it in prior years, please create a Membership Toolkit Account to register your family, become a PTO member, and check out all the programs and events we have coming up this year.
The Jefferson PTO, along with most other schools in the district, uses Membership Toolkit as our online portal for family directory, e-mail communications, volunteer opportunities, PTO store and more. We are finalizing the database for the new student population, and will be opening the directory in just a few days. Now is the time for you to login, check your family information, and confirm your privacy settings.
All of our family data this year has been imported from Genesis. If you updated any contact information in Genesis over the past year, this is what you'll now find in MTK. We ask that everyone please:
- log in and confirm your data is current and accurate
- choose what info you'd like others to see
Monday evening, 9/2, we will be turning the directory on, so please confirm your data and choose your privacy settings before then.
REQUIRED STEPS: 1. Go to : https://jspto.membershiptoolkit.com/home 2. If you already have an account with Jefferson Elementary School or another organization/school that uses MTK, you can use the same email and password to login. Please proceed to step 3. ________________________________________________________ CREATING AN ACCOUNT If you don't have a MTK account then Click on the Register/Login button. - Select "Create Account" - PLEASE USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE YOU RECEIVED THIS EMAIL. If you use a different email, you will create a second family record and your child will be listed twice in the directory. You may change your login email after you have created your account. - Enter your name, email, and chosen password, and click "verify my email". Check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. - Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. _________________________________________________________
3. After logging in, complete or update the Parent/Family and Student Information.
4. Complete the Directory Privacy Preferences for the information you want included/excluded.
