If you want to view the Jefferson PTO calendar in your Google Calendar, you can import it by following these steps:
- Login to your Google Calendar on the web (not the app): https://calendar.google.com/
- Click the + sign in Other Calendars and choose "From URL", or just click this link: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r/settings/addbyurl
- Copy/paste the following Jefferson PTO 2024-2025 calendar link into the "URL of calendar" box: webcal://jspto.membershiptoolkit.com/subscription/00657899f6d387216a12f754e3e1aa12516c96f7b7c5d4bbd1fc92b77e9f67e1/cal/42290
- When you click the Add Calendar button, it will take a few minutes to import the events
You can now see the Jefferson PTO 2024-2025 calendar alongside your other calendars in Google Calendar on the web or the app. You can change the display color, turn the visibility on/off, and more, just like with any other shared calendar. Best of all, the calendar will stay up-to-date automatically as new events are added to the Jefferson PTO events calendar! Because it is an imported calendar, you will not be able to edit, move, or delete individual items.
If you want to import the District Calendar as well, for school closure dates and single sessions, repeat the same steps above but use this calendar URL in step 3: webcal://jspto.membershiptoolkit.com/subscription/00657899f6d387216a12f754e3e1aa12516c96f7b7c5d4bbd1fc92b77e9f67e1/cal/34044
